CapitaSpring

Downtown Core, Singapore
Workspace + Retail
A skyscraper that refuses to forget the ground. Rising 280 metres above Market Street, it draws nature upward through its core—a vertical oasis in the city's densest district.

At 280 metres, CapitaSpring is one of the tallest structures in Singapore—and one of its most unexpected acts of generosity. Rather than sealing itself off from the city below, the tower pulls the landscape upward through its core: a cascading sky garden rises through the building, threading greenery into the heart of the Central Business District.

The ground plane opens to the public, dissolving the boundary between tower and street. Above, workplace floors are organized around light and views, each level stepping back to give occupants a different relationship with the Singapore skyline. The building earns its place not through scale alone, but through what it gives back to the city around it.
